The Price Does Not Include

Electricity, beyond the 8 kWh per day provided, including heating and air conditioning.
Deposit of €990 (not cashed, refundable at the end of the stay if no damages occur).
Optional holiday rental insurance (additional cost payable at booking).
Tourist tax (€1.44 per day per adult, payable at booking).
